Clinical Pharmacist in Berrien Springs, MI

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A hospital pharmacy is seeking two inpatient clinical pharmacists to provide expert medication management and ensure safe, accurate drug therapy in a busy inpatient setting. Both positions start June 1st for a 13-week contract in Elkhart, IN — conveniently located near South Bend, IN.

Shift options include:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM


• Day/Evening Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Cerner EMR and Meds Manager for order verification with precision and compliance


• Prepare and verify medications including IV antibiotics, anticoagulants, and electrolytes
