Job Responsibilities:
Specimen Embedding and MicrotomyQC/QA ParticipationFiling of blocks and slides and slide distributionParticipation in supply inventory management and ordering if applicableProper use of LIS;Powerpath and Omni-TraxUtilizing the Cryostat for Preparation of Frozen Sections.Utilizing,maintaining, and troubleshooting all equipment; tissue processors (VIP &Peloris), Ventana Nexus, XT, andUltras, and all histology equipment.Slide cover slipping and labelingH/E and special staining and preparation of solutionsMinimum Qualifications:
