Primarily responsible for ensuring optimal medical nutrition therapy through needs assessment, planning, and carrying out intervention, consulting with other disciplines, and educating patient and/or caregiver on nutritional needs. Serves as educational resource to food and nutrition employees, other medical staff, and the community. May be required to float to other Palomar Health facilities.
