The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in PDPM and ICD-10 coding to perform clinical chart audits and documentation reviews. The Clinical Auditor will review medical records to ensure accurate documentation, appropriate ICD-10 coding, and compliance with PDPM reimbursement guidelines.
