**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Clinic LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will be a vital member of our healthcare team, contributing to the success of our practice by demonstrating exceptional customer/patient focus, effective communication, and professionalism. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive, high-quality patient care within a dynamic clinic setting at Community Memorial Hospital. Our LPNs are integral to assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for diverse patient populations and their families. Every day you will perform essential nursing duties, including general and specialty-specific nursing care, obtaining and documenting detailed health histories, vital signs, and health risk factors.
