Client Solutions Project Lead

Empower is seeking a Project Client Solutions Manager in Manila to manage multiple employer-sponsored retirement projects of moderate complexity. This role involves defining project scope, assembling teams, and ensuring timely deliverables by collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of project management experience, demonstrating excellent organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills. Experience in a financial services environment and PMP certification are preferred.
