Job Description:
The Client Solution Owner (CSO) is a core member of the project team and works full-time on the engagement. The CSO is responsible for ensuring the implementation delivers measurable business value by aligning product configuration and delivery with the client’s operational needs. This role acts as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team, guiding solution approaches and aligning stated requirements with underlying business objectives. The CSO collaborates closely with the Integration Lead, where applicable, to ensure alignment between business processes and data integrations. Requirement/Must Have: Product management background. Airline business knowledge or aviation domain experience.
