Client Services Engineer

HireArt is helping our client find a Client Services Engineer to support employee-facing technical services across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall user experience for internal systems and technology platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strong technical problem-solver who enjoys helping users, improving processes, and working across teams to deliver reliable technology support.

As a Client Services Engineer, you'll:

Provide technical support for employee-facing technology services through ServiceNow, Slack, and other support channels.

Research, install, implement, and upgrade internal systems and SaaS platforms.

Support conference room technology, printers, digital signage, and other office equipment.
