Client Relationship Officer

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Officer to support our clients through the immigration process, manage follow‑ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries and updates on applications.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants for case progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior customer service or immigration support experience preferred.
