Job Overview
The Client Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining strong partnerships with clients while overseeing the end-to-end coordination of projects and events. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Work Setup: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen long-term client partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce additional services
- Work closely with the Operations and Production teams for seamless project implementation
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall profitability
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met according to client expectations
