Client Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct regular client meetings and check‑ins
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client projects
• Track client feedback and satisfaction metrics
• Work on‑site in our Islamabad office, meeting clients and managing relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (completed)
