Client Operations Manager - Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC)

We are seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the primary interface between global internal teams and clients, leading the delivery of AEC services while managing day-to-day operations, project execution, and coordination across architectural, MEP, and VDC workflows.

This role acts as the central link between the client and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and technical requirements, while driving client success, revenue growth, contract execution, and adherence to project milestones within a high-performance, commercial environment.

Success in this role requires a combination of hands-on project management, BIM/VDC expertise, and strong client engagement, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates to be in the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
