Client Onboarding Specialist
Responsible for leading the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto Cisive's platform and solutions. Works closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and maintains accurate documentation.
Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City and follow U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
- Plan, coordinate and execute onboarding plans.
- Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams.
- Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
