What you will be doing:
Drive new business development through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
Develop and manage long-term client relationships across various industries
Identify hiring needs and position TEEMA’s services as a trusted solution
Partner with internal recruiters and TEEMA members to fulfill open roles
Own the full client lifecycle, from prospecting through deal close and ongoing account management
Leverage TEEMA’s collaborative network to maximize fill rates and delivery
Track pipeline, activity, and client interactions within Bullhorn (ATS/CRM)
