Client Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity team at MARSH NZ . This role will be based in Auckland, NZ and is a hybrid position requiring a presence in the office at least three days a week.

As part of the high-performing broking unit in our Affinity Segment, you will assist in managing SME Financial Lines scheme accounts, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service and fostering a nurturing coaching environment aligned with our client-first principles and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed service standards as agreed in client service agreements.
• Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
