Position Summary:
Cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all areas to employer standards. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, removing debris, emptying trash receptacles, replacing lining of trash cans, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
+ Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures.
+ Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
+ Ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
+ Washes windows.
+ Assists in examining building for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to lead custodian....
