Must be A licensed Civil ENGINEER
Preferably with 8 years Experience managing both horizontal and vertical projects
can handle people
with experience in quantity surveying (Estimation), project supervision, costing, reports, AutoCAD , and (preferably) 3D
must be flexible to work in different locations (NCR)
must possess Driver’s Licensed
