Civil Engineer – Land Development
Cornelia, GA (Habersham County)
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4+ years of land development experience
Georgia PE License or EIT actively working toward PE licensure
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software
Experience designing site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
