CI/CD DevOps Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a CI/CD and developer platform team responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving large-scale internal engineering systems. This role combines people leadership, technical direction, and operational ownership of a critical platform used by hundreds (or thousands) of engineers. You will drive improvements in developer productivity, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency while ensuring the platform remains stable, scalable, and cost-effective. This is not a traditional product management role —however, you are expected to demonstrate a platform mindset , including understanding internal user needs, prioritizing engineering investments, and delivering measurable improvements to developer experience.
