Vacancy Description

Focused areas of expertise we are seeking: 


  • 5+ years of exposure to Chillers

  • Centrifugal compressors and chillers with and without VFD applications (York, Trane, Carrier, Smardt, Daikin)

  • Screw compressors and chillers (air and water cooled)

  • Reciprocating compressors (air and water cooled)

  • VFD's 

  • Centrifugal pumps and motors including alignment/bearing replacement

  • Cooling towers and sweeper/filtration systems

  • Heat exchangers flat plate/tube and shell

  • EMS Control sequences/ strategies and control devices (central plant and in the facility)

  • EMS integration with central plant equipment (BACnet)

  • Process chilled water systems/equipment

  • Large tonnage A/H systems with and without economizers

    • Technician will be responsible for:

  • Perform chiller and central plant troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs as required.
