Principal Responsibilities:

JCC Association of North America seeks a seasoned, mission-driven executive to serve as its next
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO). Reporting to and partnering closely with the CEO, the CFAO will
excel in traditional financial leadership and strategic oversight of the organization's technology ecosystem. This leader
will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's overall strategy during this exciting new chapter of growth and
transformation while also leading the organization's journey to excellence within the finance and operations functions.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CFAO will provide vision and leadership across Financial
Management and Reporting, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Systems and Technology, and Human Resources.
