Job Title: Chef
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED/month
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to established recipes and menus
- Monitor food inventory to ensure availability of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal preparation activities
- Check the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
- Manage orders from suppliers
- Ensure all kitchen operations comply with safety regulations
- Develop new recipes to keep up with customer demand and culinary trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask efficiently
