Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, preparing and cooking a wide variety of authentic Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, vegetarian specialties, breads, rice dishes and regional Indian cuisine.
2. Preparing, seasoning and cooking food in accordance with established recipes and restaurant standards.
