Job Description
- Control and direct the korean cuisine food preparation process.
- Preparation, assembling and cooking of korean dishes.
- Manage the inventory and ordering of stock as needed.
- Manage and train cooks working with you.
- Staying up-to-date with culinary trends and kitchen processes.
- Ensure you and your team possess high standards of food hygiene and follow the health and safety rules.
- Monitor portion and waste control to ensure profitability.
- Portioning and plating of dishes are accurate and attractive.
- Wastage is at the minimum and profit margins are maintained.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Able to work effectively in a teamenvironment.
- Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Committed and passionate.
- Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends...
