We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team in Ajman specializing in Indian and Fusion cuisine. As a Chef you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that cater to our diverse clientele. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in all of our menu items.

• Plan, prepare and cook Indian and Fusion dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling techniques and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and maintain equipment in good working condition.
