Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Architecture and Building Surveying South West team. Based out of our Exeter Office, you’ll be working with our team with a wide range of experience, focusing on:

• Specification, Tendering, Contract Administration and Project delivery of works ranging from £30k-£2m (subject to experience);

• Undertaking pre-purchase building surveys of residential and commercial property;

• Preparing schedules of condition for leasehold purposes;

• Undertaking inspections and producing Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules;
