Chaplain-Geriatric and Palliative Care-(Part Time 3 Day Per Week)

Reporting to the Director of Pastoral Counseling and Bereavement Services in the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, the Chaplain provides spiritual, religious, and emotional support to geriatrics and palliative care outpatients, their families, and clinic staff based in the Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine Fellows Ambulatory Clinic. As a member of our world-class department, the Chaplain cultivates collaborative relationships within the interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of life and optimize health care for older adults and individuals with serious illness.
