ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive industry vertical growth and improve channel performance.
• Team Management: Lead and coach Channel Development Managers, ensuring alignment with company performance objectives.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead cross‑BU initiatives by coordinating with leadership teams from Fuse and other Business Units (BUs) to drive joint programs, resolve inter‑departmental challenges, and ensure alignment on channel development strategies.
