Change Management Specialist

LER TechForce is looking for Change Management

Assist existing change process and run the change management meetings.

Prioritize and clear the backlog, escalating roadblocks as required.

Manage controlled releases and urgent paths; coach owners for consistency.

Coach engineers through the change process as required

Provide regular updates to PM team via clear metrics of throughput

Responsibilities:

Champion change management process, by becoming the go-to person who knows how to get things done.

Develop deep understanding of change management in the PLM system, understanding unique use cases and how it relates to

Slate's product development process.
