Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Change Management Lead for a top-tier Client.

This role will drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) across a 3-year finance transformation program, ensuring consistent messaging, stakeholder alignment, and adoption for major platform changes across SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, and OFSAA.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the program-level OCM strategy and integrated communications roadmap across the multi-year transformation


• Own enterprise messaging: key narratives, leadership communications, stakeholder updates, and program brand/awareness where needed
