Job Responsibilities:
Maintain project level accounting by tracking job costs budgets and supporting accurate allocation for active construction projects.
Prepare loan draw requests compile required documentation and coordinate funding with lenders and internal teams.
Process subcontractor and vendor invoices ensure approvals compliance documentation and accurate coding.
Prepare owner billings monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances while maintaining lien documentation.
Produce work in progress schedules project level reports and support month end and year end close activities.
