Roles and Responsibilities
Strong understanding of fundamentals of Electro-Chemical and Electro-Metallurgy concepts. Having hands-on experience in characterization of cell chemistry of various types of battery cell ( Battery fundamentals and Battery test equipment ) Should have significant exposure on Lab-perform electro-chemical and physical characterization experiments, improving existing characterization tools and developing new tools to meet the requirement. Perform failure analysis of proto and production cell and identify root cause of the same. Should have exposure to cell manufacturing processes, tools being used for in-process monitoring and finished product validation.
