Vacancy Description
Pay & Bonuses:
- Weekly earnings $2,000 – $3,000+ (based on miles & activity)
- Paid on all miles the truck runs (your miles + student miles)
- Base CPM + $0.10 CPM mentor pay
- $0.04 CPM productivity bonus
- $500 bonus at 10K safe miles (per student)
- $300 bonus at 20K safe miles (per student)
Schedule:
- OTR runs with structured mentor program (approx. 10–11 days)
- Option to run solo between students
Job Details:
- Train and mentor new CDL-A drivers
- Consistent miles with priority dispatch
- Structured program with clear expectations
- Paid training program ($850 completion pay)
