Vacancy Description
- Assist Catering Supervisor in coordinating catering events, ensuring smooth day-to-day F&B operations, and meeting client needs and expectations
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, ethical behavior and integrity while performing duties
- Manage equipment, stock inventory, and pantry supplies in an accurate and efficient manner, including overseeing items such as air pots, drinks, coffee capsules, and other necessary supplies
- Ensure timely top-up of pantry supplies on client floor to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment
- Oversee the washing, cleaning and proper storage of all crockery, ensuring they are restored to their designated places
- Set up training rooms and ensure they meet user requirements, including providing beverages and refreshments in any
