• Operate the POS/cashier station efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and minimizing pricing errors.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
• Count and verify cash drawer contents at the start and end of each shift; ensure adequate change is on hand.
• Take ownership of any shortfalls or discrepancies in the cash drawer.
