PEARL RIVER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation in Singapore. The role includes preparation and submission of contractual claims, as well as negotiating with suppliers for project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience specifically in carpentry works and knowledge in handling subcontractors' progress claims. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
