BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Carpenter - Skilled Tradesman is an experienced and trainable laborer skilled in carpentry in multiple areas of residential and commercial rebuilding, with a demonstrated track record in insurance restoration work. Effective communication skills are essential during the reconstruction process. Carpenters reports directly to the Project Manager. Candidates are expected to possess a reliable truck and tools to execute tasks to a high standard. Hourly Pay Range is: $21.00 - $36.00  PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

General carpentry - residential and commercial

Demolition 

Tile Work 

Hanging cabinets

Trim carpentry-baseboards

Door hanging and taping 

Painting

Light electrical/plumbing

Rough framing consisting of re-framing homes and setting trusses
