- Modifying freight loading in close consultation with local stakeholders, including rolling and rerouting.
- Coordinating with the trade, marketing, and product analysis teams to direct freight to maximise income on available capacity.
- Aiming for high service utilisation by using downfall analysis and forecast management.
- Working with stowage planners and commercial departments to plan for seasonality fluctuations.
- Working with the equipment team to support the empty flow plan's implementation.
