Status:On-call Emergency
Schedule:On Call: Alternate weeks 4:00pm to 8:30am and holidays
Function:The primary responsibility of the caretaker is to be available for on-site emergency maintenance. Must respond to all alarms on alternate week nights, alternate weekends, and on call Holidays. Other tasks include maintaining the trash compactor during on-call times, communicating with the monitoring company and other security tasks as assigned. Must respond to emergency maintenance requests and repair minor jobs. Volunteer position includes coverage of Booth and Catherine Booth...
