Full-Time | Monday - Friday | On-site
Territory Coverage: Gilmer, Wills Point, Edgewood, Emory, Point

Coordinate and schedule personal care services, including coverage for planned and unplanned absences
Maintain accurate client service records, plans of care, caregiver schedules, and required documentation
