Job Description

We are working with a large prestige car dealership who are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager.

This position reports to the General Sales Manager.

You will be currently working as a Sales Manager and you must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role. You will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach. 

Sales Manager Role:
Driving the performance of the sales executives to achieve targets and business volume objectives
Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
