In this innovative role, you will be in charge of reimagining our coordination function, transitioning it from a manual, high-volume operation to a strategic, AI-powered center of excellence. Your primary focus will be on two key areas: guiding the adoption and optimization of AI tools and technology to streamline processes and freeing up the team to focus on creating an extraordinary, high-touch candidate experience.
