Camp Manager
Purpose:
You represent Redrock in the field and your job is to make sure that every part of camp life runs smoothly.
Key Accountabilities:
To be organized and systematicTo foster teamwork in camp and to enforce the rules because they make life easier for all To report to the Redrock Manager daily and to provide paperwork on operations to head office weekly To ensure that Redrock is providing a positive experience for all clients with high quality food Check clients in and out efficiently Plan and coordinate safety meetings Be a problem solver and a resource for Redrock camp staff to turn to
