Vacancy Description

We are looking for a professional and self motivated Call Center Manager that has experience in managing a team remotely

Qualification:

Degree BCom or Marketing management

Must have previous experience managing a call centre, min 4 years

Requirements:

  • Very strong leader, especially in sales management
  • Running a call center of between 10 and 20 staff members remotely
  • Team player
  • Must be billingual in English and Afrikaans plus all other languages will be a benefit to you
  • Must understand how to sell a service not a product
  • Training will be provided
  • Must have uncapped Wi-Fi at home plus your own laptop and desktop computer

Skiils:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format.
  • Advanced excel skills - management reports
