Responsibilities
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, assigned emails and other forms of communication
- Record communications and appointment requests through Google Form / Jotform / Microsoft Forms
- Ensure patient inquiries, appointment requests and referral of services are attended to in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Schedule, postpone and cancel appointments on the Company's EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system
- Contact and follow-up with clinic requirements
- Promptly follow up with patient requests within promised timeline and liaise with relevant departments
- Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction through providing excellent Customer Service
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and product knowledge to provide clear and accurate information
- Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
