What You’ll Do

• Call members to book healthcare visits
• Answer inbound calls on the English queue
• Update CRM and scheduling tools after calls
• Follow up on no-shows and reschedules
• Confirm next steps before ending calls
• Escalate urgent needs fast through clear workflows

Must-Haves

• Fluent English, spoken and written
