Job Description

• Provide customer service to corporate banking clients
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
• Work 100% Onsite in McKinley
• Fixed nightshift schedule, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Excellent conversational communication skills
• 1-2 years' experience preferred, but fresh graduates with no BPO experience are also welcome
• Open to all educational levels, fresh graduates, and career shifters
