Duties:
- Perform calibrations and required adjustments on Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), with a primary focus on multimeters and power sensors.
- Follow approved calibration procedures, service notes, and production processes to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance.
- Complete customer calibration assignments that are clearly defined and may be repetitive in nature.
- Identify calibration-related issues of limited scope and escalate out of scope conditions to experienced technicians or engineering support.
- Support service center delivery goals through consistent output, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain strict compliance with ESD protocols, connector care standards, and equipment handling requirements.
