Cage Shift Supervisor

• 30 pm to 7:30 am   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.


• Responsible for safeguarding of currency, coins, tickets, tokens, forms and records relating to VLT Cashiering Operations.
• Responsible for custody of cage inventory to include main bank, reserve bank, employee window, front window and booth inventories.  Responsible for direct supervision, scheduling and training of all cashiering functions.
• May assist with recruiting, training and recommendations for coaching/discipline of all Cage Operations team members.
• Assigns team members to appropriate locations, as necessary.
• Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
