CAFE SUPERVISOR (TEAM LEADER)

We have multiple Cafe Supervisor (Team Leader)  opportunities within our stores at the Alfred Hospital (Full time and Casual!!)

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

What being a Team Leader is all about:

• In charge of the store when the Store Manager is not present.
• Supervising both front and back of house operations.
• Lead a team to serve customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner, role modelling service superstardom!
• Involved in merchandising and stock rotation.
• Banking and Cash handing activities.
• Training team members in store processes and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean workspace in accordance with Food by WHSmith hygiene Standards.
